Insurance, Billing and Policies
How do you handle billing and insurance claims?
After your service, we’ll generate an itemized statement and submit claims electronically. We accept credit cards, cash, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit where applicable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee up to the full cost of the reserved service.
